HSHS St. Vincent Hospital
HSHS St. Vincent Hospital has been delivering quality health care to Green Bay, Wisconsin and its surrounding communities since 1888. Patients from Northeastern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan benefit from a comprehensive range of services that include cancer care, women’s services, emergency and Level II trauma care, preventive care across the lifespan, digestive health, orthopedic, cardiac care, neurosciences, behavioral care (inpatient and outpatient), rehabilitation and pediatrics. HSHS St. Vincent Children's Hospital
Located within HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital is the first and only children’s hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital, along with the experts of Prevea Health, offers the largest, dedicated pediatric team living and working in the Green Bay area. It offers advanced care that includes the region’s only pediatric ICU and first, Level III neonatal ICU, as well as over 70 experts offering more than 30 pediatric specialties – many of which you won’t find anywhere else in the region. HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital is a member of the Children’s Hospital Association – the voice for more than 220 children’s hospitals nationwide.
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center is the only hospital located in the city of Green Bay’s west side. As a full-service community hospital, patients benefit from a comprehensive range of services that include cancer care, women’s services, emergency care, preventive care across the lifespan, digestive health and cardiac care. It also offers state-of-the-art orthopedics care through the Prevea Regional Orthopedics Center, located on the hospital’s second floor. HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center has been delivering quality health care to Green Bay and its surrounding communities since 1903. It is accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital
HSHS St. Nicholas is a full-service community hospital serving Sheboygan, Wisconsin and surrounding communities. It offers a wide range of medical specialties including emergency, cardiac, cancer, women’s, surgical, orthopedics, dialysis and wound care. HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital has been serving the Sheboygan region since 1890 and is accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital
HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital serves Oconto Falls, Wisconsin and surrounding communities as a federally-designated critical access hospital with a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, urgent care, general, vascular and orthopedic surgical services, inpatient and outpatient surgical and diagnostic services, rehabilitation, oncology outpatient clinic and women’s care. HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital, in affiliation with Prevea Health, has five regional health center locations in Gillett, Lena, Mountain, Oconto Falls and Suring. Founded in 1921 as Community Memorial Hospital, in 2014, HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital became the fourteenth hospital of Hospital Sisters Health System.
HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital
A tertiary care hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital offers a wide range of medical specialties including emergency care, behavioral health (inpatient and outpatient), cancer care, dialysis, heart, vascular and women and infant services. It is also certified by The Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center, offering advanced stroke treatment procedures. HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital has been serving Eau Claire and surrounding communities since 1889.
HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital
Located in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital offers many specialized services including: alcohol, drug abuse and outpatient mental health treatment; wound care and hyperbaric medicine; home health, home hospice and palliative care; occupational health and medicine; 24/7 urgent and emergency care; pediatric rehabilitative therapies and a nationally-recognized community health partnership initiative. HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital has served the people of the Chippewa Falls area since 1885 with health care that is high-tech and more importantly, high-touch. Known locally for the quality of the care it provides patients, the hospital has been recognized nationally for its outstanding patient satisfaction levels.
Libertas is a private outpatient and inpatient chemical dependency treatment facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin, that focuses on adolescent substance abuse. Outpatient services for adults and adolescents are also available at Libertas treatment centers in Marinette and Sheboygan. Libertas, Italian for freedom, is fully licensed and certified by the State of Wisconsin and accredited by the Joint Commission. Libertas is based on the philosophy that addiction is an identifiable and treatable disease. In 2016, the Green Bay, Marinette and Sheboygan locations of Libertas joined Hospital Sisters Health System – Eastern Wisconsin Division, as a department of HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

Prevea Health Network is not an insurance company – it is a network of providers that contracts with insurance providers to provide managed care and reduced rates.
