Prevea Health Circle of Giving

Our mission is to provide the best care to our patients. But our care also extends to our friends and neighbors in our community. Perhaps it's someone who needs assistance after a fire, an elderly person with Alzheimer's or children who need help learning how to read.

To help take care of our family, Prevea has created the Circle of Giving Campaign. Through this campaign, Prevea employees and physicians have the opportunity to make an even greater difference by giving time, giving money or giving both.

Circle of Giving programs include:

The United Way of Brown County
Your donations help fund key programs in our community.

Dollars for Doers Program
Each Prevea physician and employee has the opportunity to volunteer his/her time to a worthy organization and earn a Prevea cash donation!

Prevea Family Fund and the Prevea PTO Bank
Prevea staff and physicians directly help their own Prevea family by donating money or PTO hours to be used by coworkers in need.

NEW! Prevea Health Circle of Giving
Donation Guidelines and Application

Beginning on April 1, 2008 all non-profit organizations requesting monetary support from Prevea Health will need to fill out the Circle of Giving Donation Guidelines and Application form. This application is self-explanatory and easy to use; it explains how and why the committee makes decisions on each and every request.
