Construction info:
Due to road construction, please allow for extra travel time whether you are coming for a scheduled appointment or for our urgent care services. There is no access from the Lineville Road entrance. Patients and staff are to use the Belmont Road entrance to access the health center.
Health center hours remain the same:
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 8PM
Saturday - Sunday: 8AM - 4PM
Urgent Care:
Monday – Friday: 8AM - 8PM
Saturday - Sunday: 8AM - 3:45PM
