Massage Therapy

Prevea Health is please to welcome Paul Peot, CMT, and Miranda Kristoff, CMT, to our family and proud to announce that Massage Therapy services, including Therapeutic, Sport and Prenatal Massage are now available at the Prevea Ashwaubenon Health Center, 760 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay, near Bay Park Square mall.

Prevea is now one of the few places in the Green Bay area that offers Sports Massage. This form of massage uses a firm but gentle pressure to stimulate circulation of blood and lymph fluids, break down knots in the muscles, and increase range of motion.

While athletes often use this form of massage to prepare their bodies for optimal performance, it is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.
