Larry Lueck, First Timer Director for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, and Ross McDowell, owner of Run Away Shoes, will address common "first timer" questions–whether it's about training, clothing, shoes, the event itself or life in general.

Healthy Eating and Recipes for Runners

Prevea Health's Nutritionist and fellow marathon runner Deb Guenterberg knows all too well how time consuming it is to train for a marathon. She will discuss training tips for staying fueled and provide healthy and easy ways to prepare meals during your training, complete with a demonstration. Recipes will be available for you to take home and incorporate into your everyday meal plans.

Jeff Clark, "marathon trucker," is a local runner who writes running articles for magazines and blogs for the trucking community. Everyone comes in a different shape, size and age, but we are all runners trying to achieve our best. Jeff's story and inspiration will help motivate you to believe in yourself for race day.

You have put the physical training in for the past 16 weeks and now your mental training becomes challenged. Our panel of experienced runners will discuss how to taper properly, last minute fuel strategies, what to expect on race day and much more. Come with your questions and get the answer from the ones who have raced the streets of Green Bay.
