Prevea Health Nutritionist and Boston Marathon runner Deb Guenterberg will share with you how to stay fueled during your marathon training. She will touch on what food you should be eating and avoiding during your training and the days leading up to the marathon, including how to train on a gluten-free or vegetarian diet.

Cellcom Green Bay Marathon Medical Director and Prevea Primary Care Sports Medicine physician Dr. Jeremy Metzler will discuss new treatment options for runners such as Musculoskeletal Ultrasound imaging, PRP treatment, Kinesio taping and more to help keep you on your feet through training season and race day.

Do you believe in yourself? You put in the physical training for the past four months and now your mental training comes into play. Jeff Stumbras, Prevea Behavioral Care Therapist and fellow marathoner, will help you believe in yourself - you will finish the marathon. Everyone has the ability to physically train and now the true test is in your mind. Jeff will share his advice on being prepared, confident and strong for marathon day.
