Taking the Stairs

Recently, I've changed my diet to more of a Mediterranean and anti-inflammatory-based diet. I've also been getting to the YMCA the majority of the week to do cardio and weights. I also limit myself to the elevator once a day (which can be tough when most of my work is 7 flights up!). I now sleep better and feel better about my future heart health.
