Because independent agents and brokers are important to our business, PHN has an established support network in place. 

New Agent Orientation

PHN is available to new agents for one-on-one training sessions to help familiarize them with the PHN network. Other agent training tools are available via PowerPoint presentations and downloadable .pdf files.

Agent Services

PHN also provides ongoing service, including sharing of information so agents and brokers can better serve the needs of their clients.

Payor Contracting

PHN has adapted a cooperative contracting philosophy that provides the flexibility to contract with most payors.

Provider Networks

In some cases PHN may be offered cooperatively with other provider networks within a given employer group [some restrictions do apply].

Employer Group Presentations

PHN is available to attend open enrollment meetings with agents to present information about the PHN network.
