The founder of Green Bay HeartCare, Peter Fergus, MD, has provided care to cardiology patients in Northeast Wisconsin since 1975.
A 1966 graduate of Harvard College, he earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1970. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Boston City Hospital, and his residency in cardiology at West Roxbury Veterans Administration Hospital.

Craig Heins, MD, FACOG, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed his internship and residency at the David Grant Medical Center located on Travis Air Force Base in California.
Dr. Heins joined Prevea Sheboygan Women's Care in January, 2005 after retiring from active duty in the United States Air Force where he served as the Medical Director of Inpatient Obstetric and Gynecologic Services at the 35th Medical Operations Squadron Misawa Air Base, Japan.

Cliff Martin, MD, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Montana in Missoula, his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, and completed his internship and his obstetrics/gynecology residency at Washington University/Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
He worked for four years in public health in St. Louis before relocating to the Sheboygan area and founding Sheboygan Women's Health, S.C. in 1990.

James Ulibarri, MD, completed his medical education and orthopedic residency at the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. He finished his orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.

Linda Halvorsen, Ph.D., recently joined Prevea Health when Green Bay HeartCare integrated with the Prevea family in February.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts–Psychology from Northern Michigan University and her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University-Terre Haute. She then completed a post-doctoral fellowship program in clinical health psychology at Michigan State University-Flint Area Medical Education Consortium for Advanced Psychology Training.
