P3:  Prevea Power Play

Prevea Power Play, called P3, is a 15-minute-a-day, 12-week conditioning program that prepares athletes for the rigors of their sport. What makes P3 different is not the program itself, but the value created from personalized instruction by a licensed athletic trainer from Prevea. Not only will athletes do the exercises, they will have proper instruction so they do them correctly. When someone participates in P3, they will receive:

  • An instructional video that provides a demonstration of each exercise.

  • 10 full-color instructional guides that include tips, techniques and timeframes.

  • A P3 clipboard

  • Two on-site visits from a Prevea licensed athletic trainer

This program is directed towards--but not limited to--high school or college level athletes. The following groups will benefit the most:

  • Athletes recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury or those wanting to avoid such an injury

  • Coaches and support staff

  • People who participate in sports, especially those playing in non-contact sports

  • Individuals ages 16 to 26

  • Women—Due to body mechanics, females have a greater risk of ACL injury.
