The Prevea Running Clinic is a 12-week session for runners of all abilities.

Exercises with resistance bands and stability balls to increase running efficiency

Unique progressions to make workouts more productive and decrease recovery time

Sport-specific resistance training to build durability for long runs |
The clinic targets runners looking to complete a 10K, half marathon or full marathon, but all runners are welcome to join.
Prevea hosts two running clinics at varying times during the year. There is usually one session for runners preparing for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon.
The running clinic takes place at the Core Performance Center in the lower level of the Prevea Ashwaubenon Health Center at 760 Pilgrim Way. For more information, call (920) 272-1226.
