I have always enjoyed learning, especially math and sciences. I love children of all ages. Pediatrics was a great way to combine these two interests.

In pediatrics, I need to be involved with the whole family. Careful listening and education are keys to helping parents and children feel comfortable with their health care.

I provide care for children of all ages — from premature infants to college-age students. I especially enjoy adolescent medicine and that includes adolescent gynecology. I’m also involved with caring for behavioral problems for all ages.

I like my patients (or their parents) to bring their list of concerns to office visits. There is no such thing as too small or insignificant of a question.

It may be helpful to know that I am board certified in pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
