Yaw Berko, MD is a graduate of Ghana Medical School, where he earned bachelor's degrees in science, medicine and surgery. Most recently, Dr. Berko has served as Chief Resident at Michigan State University-Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies.

He is a member of the American Medical Association and an associate member of the American College of Physicians. As a Prevea hospitalist, Dr. Berko oversees the medical care and monitors the progress of hospitalized patients until they are well enough to return home.
