I fully embrace the philosophy of a patient centered multidisciplinary coordinated approach to care delivery. This is the bedrock of effective communication that fosters a lasting trusting relationship between patient and care provider. When patients are informed and involved in their own care, the necessary mechanics for a successful outcome will be in place. I have been fortunate to practice medicine in Africa, Central America and North America. I have seen the broad range of damages an uncontrolled infection can cause to life and quality of life. My clinical training and past experiences explains my zero tolerance to any form of infectious process.I encourage my patients to participate in their care by engaging and asking questions. They can expect to meet a physician who is engaging and compassionate.God has blessed me with a loving wife and two beautiful daughters. I am an avid basketball and football fan--go Packers! I also play ball to keep in shape. I like classical and jazz music, and occasionally dance. I like to eat out and go to movies. I enjoy community health reachout and church activities.
