I went into family medicine because I love treating the family unit, from babies to elderly. I like getting to know each family and learning about their home environment in order to aid in the health care of the individual.Patients deserve my undivided attention and can expect open and honest communication in the office. I like patients to leave with their questions answered and the satisfaction that they understand what the problem is and how we are treating it. I aim to be the type of doctor that patients can relate to and trust. I am married with three wonderful children and a dog. Both my husband and I grew up in the area and are happy to return to our roots. I try to be as active as possible by finding basketball and volleyball games; I enjoy duathlons and triathlons, and hope to complete my first half marathon this spring. I also enjoy reading, scrapbooking, sewing, arts and crafts and hanging out with my family.
