Internal Medicine
Physical examinations Disease prevention Management of complex disorders Diagnosis and treatment of non-surgical illnesses
I chose to study internal medicine because of my interest in all areas of the human body and its internal organs. I believe internal medicine is clearly the way to provide total care for adults. It involves disease prevention as well as managing complex disorders of the body. My aunt and uncle were physicians, and although my father wasn’t a physician, he is the one who encouraged me to go into medicine. My interest in choosing Green Bay comes from my early years living in a small town where everyone knew the local doctor. My personal interests include gardening, golf, reading, bicycle riding and travel--all when time permits.
