Prevea's diabetes nurse practitioner specializes in the medical management of prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and type 1 diabetes. The nurse practitioner works closely with the patient's primary care provider, as well as cardiology, podiatry, ophthalmology, urology and behavioral care specialists to provide the expertise needed to manage this often-confusing disease.
