First Timer’s Session
Are you running your first full or half marathon this spring? Larry Lueck, First Timer Director for Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, and Ross McDowell, owner of Run Away Shoes, will address common “first timer” questions – whether it’s about training, clothing, shoes, the event itself or life in general.

The New Rules for Marathon Nutrition
Prevea Health’s Nutritionist and fellow marathon runner Deb Guenterberg will discuss the will discuss the “new rules” to marathon nutrition. She will talk about weight management, carbohydrate intake, fasting workouts and more.
Wednesday, April 6
Alissa Cotter, group fitness instructor at Western Racquet, will lead a hands-on discussion on the proper way to recover from your long runs. Dress appropriately to participate in specific yoga exercises and foam rolling instruction that will help you get the most out of your recovery.

Mike Pritzl, fellow marathoner and Ironman Finisher, will inspire you to the finish line. Mike's story as a runner and tri-athlete will motivate you to reach the impossible in life and running.
