First Timer’s Session
Are you running your first full or half marathon this spring? Tom Cotter, First Timer Director for Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, and Krystina Engebos, 2016 first time marathon runner, will address common “first timer” questions – whether it’s about training, clothing, shoes, the event itself or life in general.

Balance Your Body
Alex Awve, personal trainer at Western Racquet & Fitness Club, will lead a hands-on discussion on the use of specific exercises and yoga to compliment your running. Dress appropriately to participate in specific exercises to pin point your core, hips and upper body to get the best out of your training.

Race Plan - What is one?
Carrie Miller, certified running coach, will discuss the art of race planning so you can complete your half and full marathon. She will explain how to practice certain run concepts now so you will be ready for race day.

Runners Helping Runners

Experienced runners from our community who participate in the Prevea Training Runs and are pace runners during the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon will share their knowledge of racing and will help motivate you to the finish line.
