Prevea Health

Prediabetes class

Individuals with prediabetes, a condition of higher than normal blood sugar levels, are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes and the associated health problems like heart disease and stroke. This class will outline ways to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes and its complications. Most health insurance plans do not offer benefits to treat prediabetes; therefore Prevea Health Diabetes & Nutrition Services offers this class to anyone who is diagnosed with prediabetes.
