Prevea COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic - Ladysmith Area

Prevea Ladysmith Health Center will launch a community COVID-19 vaccination clinic starting Feb. 27, 2021. All appointments should be scheduled through MyPrevea. Scheduling is based upon vaccine allocation received from the State of Wisconsin. To learn more about the clinic dates, click here.

From WI-27 North
Head southeast on WI-27 S. Continue onto Old Wisconsin 70. Turn right onto WI-27 S. Turn right onto Lake Ave W. Turn right onto W 11th St N, your destination will be on the left.

From US-8 West
Head east on US-8 E/13 1/2 Ave/E Division Ave toward S 7th St. Turn right onto US-8 E/14th Ave/E Main St. Continue to follow US-8 E, your destination will be on the left.

From US-8 East
Head west on WI-86 W toward Old 13. Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto State Hwy 13 N/WI-13 Trunk N. Use the right lane to take the ramp to Prentice/Airport. Turn left onto US-8 W (signs for Ladysmith). Turn right onto Lake Ave E, your destination will be on the Right.
