Join us to discuss mental skills and training strategies for running, including goal setting and visualization, with Dr. Alan Chu, UW-Green Bay Professor and Chair of the Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology Program. This discussion will set you up for mental success while you train for your half or full marathon.

Eat like an elite runner
Join us to learn how you can fuel your body like an elite runner. Sydney Keidl, a UW-Green Bay nutrition specialist, will discuss elite runner’s strategies on how, when, why and what to eat and drink to help you prepare for training and race day. – View recording

Recover like a champion
Join Tom Krahn, PT, a Prevea Physical Therapist and Cellcom Green Bay Marathon Race Medical Coordinator, to learn about various ways runners can recover quicker from training and races and how to prepare your body for the next race. -View recording

Yoga and pints
Join us for an active session of yoga to help both the body and mind. Nicole Norton, a Western Racquet & Fitness Club yoga instructor, will lead the session to challenge you with a physical and mental workout to help you prepare for the remainder of your training.
