Access your personal health information anytime, anywhere​

MyPrevea—a convenient, secure and confidential online resource—is an extension of your medical record.
 
Creating a MyPrevea account provides you with access to your personal health information from any computer or mobile device at any time.

Using MyPrevea, you can:
  • Schedule a COVID-19 test
  • View your health summary, current medications and test results
  • Exchange secure messages with your care team
  • Request appointments and prescription refills
  • Track your immunization history
  • Pay a Prevea Health bill
  • Manage your family’s health care with MyPrevea Proxy Access*
  • Use the eCheck-in feature to preregister for a scheduled appointment
 
*Due to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, we are not able to offer full proxy MyPrevea access for children ages 12 to 17. Limited proxy access allows the ability to schedule appointments, change the address or other account information, request medical advice or enter your child’s information in the “Track My Health” feature of MyPrevea.

Prevea Health is offering free COVID-19 testing

Prevea Health offers free COVID-19 testing to individuals experiencing one or more of the following symptoms:
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell


We also provide testing to those exposed to another person diagnosed with COVID-19 and those who have been in close contact with a person who is currently being quarantined for suspected COVID-19.
 
To request COVID-19 test
  1. Visit myprevea.com
  2. Sign in with username and password
  3. Click COVID-19 Test
  4. Click COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Self Triage and continue to follow prompts
 
You will receive your test results through your MyPrevea account within 2 to 7 days of the test. In addition, you may receive a call from Prevea if you have a positive result.
If you have not received your results in 7 days, please call (920) 431-1810. From MyPrevea, you may print your results as needed.

MyPrevea app

The new MyPrevea app will allow you to do the same things you can do on your laptop or desktop computer (message your doctor, exchange messages with your provider, etc.*), plus:
  • View the wait-time at the nearest Prevea Urgent Care
  • “Find a doctor” by searching name, location or specialty
  • “Find a location” to find a Prevea Health Center by zip code or services


Further enhance your MyPrevea experience by downloading the MyPrevea app at Google Play or the App Store.
*Note: Some features of the MyPrevea app require you to have an existing MyPrevea account. If you do not currently have a MyPrevea account, sign up for free.


Preregister with eCheck-in

We know you’re busy and we’d like to make preparing for your next appointment at Prevea Health as convenient as possible.
 
You can preregister for a scheduled appointment, up to three days prior, using the eCheck-in feature in MyPrevea to help ensure all information on file is verified or updated and to streamline the check-in process upon arrival.
 
By preregistering, you will answer important questions about your personal information and health history from a computer, tablet or smartphone prior to an appointment, including:
  • Verify or update insurance and personal information
  • Verify personal/family guarantor information
  • Pay visit copays (if set up for MyPrevea bill pay)
  • Pay pre-payments and balance payments (if set up for MyPrevea bill pay)
  • Verify or update medications, allergies and current health issues
  • Answer appointment-related questionnaires, if applicable
  • Electronically sign documents

 
If you preregister using eCheck-in, you still need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check-in at the front desk and prepare with the care team for your appointment with your provider.
