Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 cups shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 15oz can black beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp light sour cream

Preparation:

  1. Cook your ground meat in a skillet, and add taco seasoning. Follow the instructions on the seasoning packet to finish preparing the meat. While the meat is cooking, prepare two cups of brown rice. 
  2. Drain and rinse the black beans and tomatoes, and cook the corn. Slice your avocado, and set aside.
  3. Prep your bowl by adding lettuce, a serving of rice, cooked taco meat, and the veggie toppings of your choice. Finish it off with a dollop of sour cream, snap a photo, mix it together and enjoy!
