Pork chops and cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops (4 ounces each)
  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 2 cups 100 percent apple juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Peel off top leaves of cabbage and discard. Slice cabbage into wedges and discard core. Add salt and pepper to taste; place into baking dish. Add apple juice to baking dish.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste; place in baking dish in-between cabbage. Cover dish with tin foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove tin foil, and cook another 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender and pork is cooked through.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
