Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean round steak
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup low sodium tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram

Preparation:

Pound meat with meat cleaver. Brown in skillet, adding water to keep meat from sticking. Add Worcestershire sauce, low sodium tomato juice, and spices. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
