Yogurt and berry popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Preparation:

  1. Stir together yogurt, syrup and fruit in a bowl. To make especially pretty popsicles, try pressing strawberry slices against sides of Popsicle mold or Dixie cup.
  2. Fill Popsicle mold or Dixie cup with yogurt mixture and freeze. If using Dixie cup, insert Popsicle stick or small spoon into center of cup after they've been in freezer for 30 minutes. This will help spoon or stick stay upright. 
  3. Once frozen solid, enjoy! To help popsicle slide easily from their mold, run briefly under warm water.
