An Update on Prevea’s Western Wisconsin Operation
There are only so many minutes in a day, and it’s hard to make them all count. Do you ever feel like there’s just not enough time in the day to do everything that you need or want to do? Here are a few tips and tricks to keep up your sleeve.

Set goals. Creating goals that are achievable and manageable are critical to good time management. Each day, focus on doing activities and tasks that propel you towards your goals, rather than those that set you back.

Make a plan. Visualize what you need to do before you do it. Taking the time to make a plan can help reduce wasted time trying to figure out what to do next. At the end of the day, set aside 15 minutes to clear your mind and desk and put together a list of what you need to do the next day.

Prioritize your tasks. Start each day by prioritizing the tasks for that day. Start by making a list of what you need to do each day, and highlight the tasks that take priority. Tackle your biggest and most important tasks earlier in the day. Accomplishing these tasks will give you more momentum to get through the rest of the day.

Track your habits. Good or bad, we all have habits. Take control of those habits by cultivating ones that benefit you.  Make a list of positive habits that you want to maintain or cultivate, and keep track of what you do each day. Remember, it only takes 21 days for a behavior to become a habit, so stick with it!

Find your inspiration. If you catch yourself slacking, turn to a quote, inspirational talk or mentor to help you stay on track. Finding ways to fuel your fire by focusing on content that inspires and encourages you to succeed and stay on track.

Arm yourself with these ways to focus, stay on track and manage your time, and before you know it you’ll stop wishing and start working to reach your goals.
