Jasmine John, MD, MSPHGreen Bay – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Jasmine John, MD, MSPH, to its family of care.
Dr. John sees patients at the Prevea Ashwaubenon Health Center, 2502 S. Ashland Ave., and at the Prevea East Mason Health Center, 3021 Voyager Dr. in Green Bay. As an occupational medicine physician, Dr. John specializes in:
  • Work-related injury evaluation, management and treatment
  • Work site evaluation and wellness
  • DOT physical exams
  • Employment physical exams and screenings
  • Occupational surveillance and screening
  • Fit for duty evaluations
  • Return to work evaluations
  • Hearing testing
  • Respirator fit testing

Dr. John graduated medical school at Avalon University School of Medicine, completed residencies in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and Public Health and General Preventive Medicine at Meharry Medical College, and holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from Meharry Medical College. She is certified in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
