Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Pineapple chunks (Frozen work best, but any kind will do)
  • 6 oz. Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz  Original soymilk 
  • 1 Tbsp Milled flax seed

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until all fruit chunks are gone.
