You have the power to improve the quality of health care in Northeast Wisconsin. By joining our Patient Family Advisory Council, you provide a voice for patients and families.

The council works to improve the quality of care at Prevea Health Centers, HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center and HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital.

This council meets every other month for a total of 6 times per year. Members discuss and plan changes that will be rolled out at our facilities in the Green Bay area.

Members include:

• Patients
• Former patients (must have received care in the past three years at a Prevea or HSHS facility)
• Patients’ family members
• Hospital staff
• Prevea clinic staff

Council members are asked to share their personal stories, review or help created informational materials and work on short-term projects (such as, creating new hospital signage).
