If you or your child has suffered a potentially serious injury, contact 911 immediately.

For non-emergent injuries, call (920) 496-4700 to be connected with your athletic trainer. If an athlete needs to be seen by a physician at a Prevea Health Center, they will receive VIP access and will typically be seen that day or within 24 hours depending on when the injury occurs.

Training room hours

Monday: 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m

Thursday: 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m

Friday: 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m

Except when there is no school. Hours may vary based on athletic events.
