Prevea Health, HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center and Medical College of Wisconsin partner to operate the Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay, Wisconsin. An unopposed full spectrum training program, all family medicine residents have the opportunity to work with specialized, intensive care and surgery physicians to receive exceptional graduate medical education.
Our family medicine residency program goal is to achieve a 100 percent board passing rate and introduce highly-qualified, independent physicians to the community. Graduates should be well-equipped and ready to take care of patients in any setting—rural or urban, multi-specialty or solo practice, inpatient, outpatient, obstetrics, pediatrics, urgent/emergent care, academic or private practice.
Fully accredited by the ACGME, Prevea Health Family Medicine Residency is supported by the A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine - Still OPTI, as it’s ACGME accredited sponsoring institution, as well as supported by and affiliated with the department of Family and Community Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Mission statement
MCW-Prevea Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay is designed to provide the best and highest quality of education for family medicine residents. The residency program is committed to providing the best medical care and service to the Green Bay area and beyond, regardless of their age, race, beliefs, religion, gender or sexual orientation. The program will thrive to address the community's health and work on improving public education and address alcohol and substance abuse in order to improve the health of our community. The program, in collaboration with Wello project, will bring to the Green Bay community a culture of creating a well-being movement where the whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

Dr. Manal Soliman, Program Director and Founder of MCW-Prevea Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay, is a family medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience as a faculty and associate program director in one of the largest residency programs in the United States. She has won yearly awards on her outstanding work with residents.
