VIEW MY FULL BIO
I chose a career in physical therapy because it combined my interests and passions – working with and helping others, applying my medical knowledge, and training and improving ourselves. Being a high school and college track athlete, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and over 15 years of physical therapy experience has helped me understand and experience how we can positively influence the human body with focused training and activity, regardless of age.

I’m particularly interested in orthopedics and sports medicine with an emphasis on the treatment of knee and shoulder injuries and recovery. In addition to physical therapy, I offer manual therapy techniques to address joint or soft tissue restrictions in order to assist patients in achieving their goals.

I believe that if evaluated thoroughly, nearly all conditions can be treated effectively with both clinic and home treatments. A degree in education and desire to teach has helped me educate patients regarding their condition. Each of my patients can expect to learn about their injury and how to best treat their condition.

I am married with three children. In my free time I enjoy bicycling and coaching youth sports."
