This class is designed for those who are concerned about their bone health, including those diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or have a history of fractures and/or fall risk. The five-week session will cover:

• Bone health overview.
• Nutrition.
• The importance of exercise.
• Instruction in exercise progression for self-management and safe movement.
