Green Bay – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Divya Hotchandani, MD, to its family of care in Green Bay at the Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center located at 1860 Shawano Ave.

As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Hotchandani provides routine medical care for adults; geriatric care; medication management; preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

“Taking a holistic approach to providing care, I am a strong believer in preventive health care and work with my patients as a team to solve medical issues. I focus on the overall health of each patient which includes diet, exercise, physical health and mental health.”

Dr. Hotchandani earned her medical degree from Baba Raghav Das Medical College; completed residency at Staten Island University Hospital; and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
