Green Bay – Prevea Health is pleased to announce its newest health center located at 1860 Shawano Ave. in Green Bay will officially open for patient care on Monday, May 10.
Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center, located approximately two blocks west of Prevea Health’s partner hospital – HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center – will offer primary and specialty health care services for adults and children, including:
- Audiology
- Behavioral Care
- Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
- Endocrinology
- Heart Care
- Infectious Disease
- Internal Medicine
- Lab
- Mammography
- Pediatrics
- Surgery
- Urology
- Women’s Care
- X-ray
With the opening of the new Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center at 1860 Shawano Ave. on May 10, the current Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center located at 1715 Dousman St. and connected to HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center will permanently close.

At four stories high and approximately 80,000 square feet the new Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center is designed to provide Prevea Health patients and providers a space that offers comfort, efficiency, advanced medical equipment and technologies, and the best possible health care experience. Environmentally friendly practices have been used throughout the construction process, including the use of locally sourced materials, LED lighting and low-flow plumbing.
