Now caring for patients in Green Bay and Sheboygan

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome John Peters, MD, a physiatrist now caring for patients in Green Bay and Sheboygan.

Dr. Peters specializes in evaluation and management of neck, thoracic, back and nerve pain, work injuries, and administering spinal injections. Additionally, he can perform medical ultrasounds, peripheral joint injections of shoulders, hips and knees, and minimally invasive procedures such as spinal cord stimulation.

“The patient’s story matters most to me,” says Dr. Peters. “I believe in listening to the needs of my patients and doing what I can to meet them, as well as offering a solution to their problems or searching for that solution with them. I want each patient to know I am on their journey with them to improved function and a better life."

Dr. Peters earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston; completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Ill.; and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Pacific Sports and Spine in Eugene, Ore.

Dr. Peters cares for patients at the Prevea Allouez Health Center, 1821 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay, and the Prevea Sheboygan Medical Office Building, 3113 Saemann Ave., Sheboygan. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (920) 272-3333 (Green Bay) or (920) 458-3791 (Sheboygan).
