I feel I best serve my patient's when my care is driven by their input, allowing them to advocate for themselves during treatment. This, in return, allows them to be more consistent and motivated during our time together to achieve their goals.
 
My passion for physical therapy started when I had my own various injuries and therapy in my younger years as I was active in sports. My physical therapists helped make my time in therapy meaningful and oriented to who I was. They helped to shape my experiences, my goals and how I practice today.
 
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two boys in the outdoors and in various sports. I have a large extended family and we enjoy going to our nieces and nephews events as well. I also enjoy going to movies, reading, gardening, sitting by the campfire and staying active myself."
