Specialized care for nursing home patients

Prevea has a team of physicians and nurse practitioners, called Skilled Nursing Facility Specialists, who focus on caring for patients in nursing homes. They are available at nursing facilities to collaborate with your primary care physician or provider and oversee your medical care from the moment you are admitted until the time you are released.
