Prevea Surgery for Women

Feel like yourself again, with surgery options for quick recovery.

We know you’re busy. When you’re ready, Prevea Women’s Care has minimally invasive surgery options with less pain, less scarring and faster recovery to help you feel like yourself again and return to normal activities, sooner after surgery.

Prevea’s minimally invasive surgery methods include advanced laparoscopic surgery and robotic surgery. These minimally invasive procedures allow some patients to return home the day of surgery, while others spend only one night in the hospital. Women can generally resume normal activities in about two weeks or less.

Laparoscopic Surgery

A small telescope-like instrument called a laparoscope is inserted through a small incision or incisions. The laparoscope then transmits internal images to a video screen where surgeons watch their work.

Robotic Surgery

Using the da Vinci Surgical System, patients receive the highest quality of care with robotic-assisted surgery. Click here to learn more.
