Therapy services - physical, occupational and speech therapy

Therapy is one of the fastest-growing services of health care today. Through skilled physical, occupational and speech therapy, we’re helping our patients avoid surgery, prepare for and recover from surgery, relieve pain and manage chronic conditions.
For some, the goal is to regain the strength and function they used to have. For others, it’s about adapting to everyday life. No matter your injury or condition, our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists will work closely with you and your provider to design a plan of care that best meets your specific needs. Our comprehensive services for evaluation and treatment help you restore function and develop to your highest degree of independence.

No referral needed

You have direct access to schedule a physical or occupational therapy appointment with no referral or prescription to help you quickly start your recovery.

Direct access without a referral or prescription provides you with immediate access to start treatment without delay. The licensed physical and occupational therapist will evaluate and treat your musculoskeletal condition and will provide coordinated care with your primary care provider and/or other specialists. Rest assured, if symptoms aren't improving, the therapist will refer you to the appropriate provider.
Prior to your first appointment, our staff verifies with your insurance provider that no referral is needed. We recommend you do this as well. If a referral is needed, we will work with you to obtain this from an appropriate source. Some circumstances which may require written referral include:

  • Patient is younger than 18 or older than 65 years old
  • Insurance requirements
  • Medicare
  • Medical assistance
  • Workers compensation

Cash pay is available

We understand that everyone’s insurance deductible, co-payments and co-insurance is unique. In some situations, it may be less expensive to pay cash for therapy than to go through your insurance provider. Given that, it may be preferred to pay cash for physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as for athletic training.** No referral needed.***

  • $150: Initial visit
  • $50 to $150: Follow-up visit(s), based on length of appointment
  • $50*: Dry needling 15-minute session
Call us for cash pay options or ask about this payment option when you check in at your next therapy appointment.

(920) 272-3380

* Insurance: The dry needling service will be billed to your health care insurance, utilizing the codes 20560 or 20561. Please consider inquiring with your insurance company to see if this is a covered service under your health care plan. If it is not covered, cash pay is available.

** Medicaid and some government insurance policies prohibit participation in cash-based services.

*** A referral is needed for speech therapy and athletic training services. Contact your provider to utilize these services.
