You receive the same high-quality care and services from primary care providers, physical therapists, and other specialists in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center. It’s all provided to you in a convenient location and at an affordable rate, thanks to the City of De Pere's commitment to your health and wellbeing.

The City of De Pere Health & Wellness Center services are available to all City of De Pere employees as well as the employee’s spouse and dependents on the City of De Pere health plan.

Urgent Care

We know that illnesses and injuries don’t always occur when our wellness center is open. For those times, Prevea Health offers an option for affordable health care at one of your local Prevea Urgent Care locations. The visit will be billed to your insurance.

Prevea Virtual Care is an easy way to be diagnosed and treated for common conditions. With Prevea Virtual Care, you can get care on your schedule for most common conditions. No appointment needed.
Prevea Care After Hours
Prevea Care After Hours offers a free, convenient way for Prevea patients to seek medical advice 24/7, whether it be an injury, illness or medical question.
