Strokes don't just happen to older individuals. They can happen to anyone at any age - including men and women from all different backgrounds. The good news is many strokes are preventable. It starts with the desire to take control with a personalized screening where you can learn how to manage potential risk factors to reduce your chances of having a stroke.
 
You'll meet with a registered nurse who will:

• Check blood pressure and pulse
• Check fasting cholesterol and glucose (blood sugar) levels
• Review stroke risk history
• Provide education to help control your personal risk-factors for stroke
