Prevea’s health and wellness specialists work with you to set goals that are obtainable and sustainable and create an individualized plan of care for your dimensional well-being.
Eligibility
Available to employees including their spouse and dependents:
- Initial consultation
- Prescription for Wellness visits

- Wellness center orientation
- Fitness classes
- Personal training
Cost
- $0 per initial consultation
- $0 per wellness center orientation
- $30 per prescription for wellness visit
- $30 per personal training visit
- $0 per fitness class
Debit or credit cards (personal or HSA) accepted.
Waiver of Liability Form
Registration forms and the Waiver of Liability form must be completed by employees using the Strength & Wellness Center and those attending fitness classes. Employees can access these documents on the HSSD Employee Wellness portal. Please complete the form prior to use. Once the forms are completed, you will be granted access to Bay View.

- Goal setting.

- Overview of the wellness center's facilities, programs and services including information about the gym, fitness classes, personal training options, nutrition counseling and amenities.
- Facility tour exploring the fitness floor, group exercise studios, locker rooms and other key areas.
- Information about the wellness programs, fitness classes offered and health and fitness assessments.

- HIIT Class: There’s a reason HIIT is the number one fitness trend in the world. The training method uses a combination of cardio and strength training at high intensity for short work periods followed by short rest periods for the ultimate full-body workout.
- Weightlifting 101: Designed for participants to learn, understand and develop the basics of weightlifting. Taught by certified personal trainers, this class will break down strength training through a variety of movements, using dumbbells, barbells and machines so you will feel confident in the gym, have proper form and know how to design a strength workout routine. No experience necessary.
