SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Sahil Gupta, MD and Ajhani Kesavan, MD to its team of family medicine physicians in Sheboygan. Drs. Gupta and Kesavan care for patients at Prevea Sheboygan Health Center, 1411 N. Taylor Drive.

Dr. Gupta specializes in routine medical care for adults, children, and the elderly, as well as gastroesophageal reflux, sleep disorders, urinary tract conditions, obesity and weight loss management, and chronic disease management for thyroid problems, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and arthritis.

“I strive to form a partnership with my patients based on trust and understanding with the ultimate goal of improving health,” says Dr. Gupta, who earned his medical degree from the Medical University of Lublin in Poland and completed residency at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency program. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Kesavan also provides routine medical care for all ages, as well as preventive medicine, prenatal care, smoking cessation treatments, and minor office procedures such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy for warts and lesions drainage of abscesses and suturing of skin injuries.

“I am a huge advocate for patient-centered care and shared medical decision making. My goal is to provide quality health care, while creating attainable and realistic health goals with my patients,” says Dr. Kesavan.

Dr. Kesavan graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and completed residency at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency program. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
