VIEW MY FULL BIO

I am a huge advocate for patient-centered care and shared medical decision making. My goal is to provide quality health care, while creating attainable and realistic health goals with my patients.

I view every visit as a long-term patient-physician relationship and spend time getting to know my patients from a holistic perspective. I strive to make sure my patients feel heard and are also advocated for across multiple settings.

My patients can expect a physician who will listen, engage in shared medical decision making, and treat them like they are a family member.

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and have always had a passion for helping my community as well as the underserved. My interests took me to the University of Waterloo, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences. From there, I travelled to Grenada to pursue medical school, and experienced a broad array of clinical experiences in the northeastern United States. I completed my residency in Family Medicine at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in New England."
