GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Nicole Alavi-Dunn, MD, a fellowship-trained urologist now caring for patients in Green Bay.
Dr. Alavi-Dunn specializes in medical, procedural and surgical treatment for erectile dysfunction, penile curvature, concealed penis, incontinence, urethral trauma and stricture, ureteral trauma and stricture, and enlarged prostate. She also offers robotic-assisted surgery for benign kidney, ureter, bladder and prostate issues and can perform transperineal prostate biopsies when a patient has elevated PSA levels.
Dr. Alavi-Dunn’s advanced fellowship training offers innovative options to treat male patients who have problems with urination, also known as male voiding dysfunction, and specialized care for male sexual health. Her fellowship training also allows her to treat patients who have more complex cases of these conditions. “What motivates me most is improving the quality of life for my patients,” says Dr. Alavi-Dunn. “Being able to reduce incontinence episodes, improve urination, or restore sexual function is incredibly rewarding.”
Dr. Alavi-Dunn earned her medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed a residency in urologic surgery at the University of Buffalo, and a fellowship in genitourinary reconstruction and male pelvic health at Loyola University. She is affiliated with the American Urological Association, Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Gold Humanism Honor Society, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, International Society for Sexual Medicine and the Society of Women in Urology.
