Prevea welcomes endocrinologist, Dr. M. Gabriela Fernandez Manrique

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome M. Gabriela Fernandez Manrique, MD, a fellowship-trained endocrinologist now caring for patients at Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center, located at 1860 Shawano Ave., Green Bay. 

As an endocrinologist, Dr. Fernandez Manrique specializes in treating disorders and diseases in patients, whose bodies do not respond to hormones the way they are supposed to. Her key services include endocrinology; diabetes management; obesity; thyroid disease and cancer; adrenal and pituitary disease; polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); hormonal management; osteoporosis; parathyroid and calcium disorders; cholesterol and lipid disorders and male hypogonadism.  

“I aim to provide empathetic, comprehensive care that supports my patients in achieving their health goals,” said Dr. Fernandez Manrique. “I prioritize building a supportive doctor-patient relationship, encouraging each patient to ask questions and share any concerns they may have. My goal is to empower them with the knowledge and tools necessary to lead a healthier life while we collaboratively work on a personalized care plan.”

Dr. Fernandez Manrique earned her medical degree at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Ecuador. She completed residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut and her fellowship-training in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Brown University. Dr. Fernandez Manrique is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
