I provide Athletic Training services to St. Norbert College.

I decided to get involved with Athletic Training because it combines two aspects of my life that I am very passionate about: athletics and helping others. I am grateful everyday that I have been lucky enough to have found a career that allows me to do both.

When working with athletes, my goal is to return them to their optimal playing level as soon as possible. I believe that effective communication and trust are essential in achieving this goal. I strive to gain each athletes trust by being open and honest with them about their injuries and by setting realistic goals with them, not for them. Each athlete and I need to act as a team to accomplish the goals that we set in order for them to return to their optimal level of play.

When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, biking, watching sports, and spending time with my friends and family
