Caring for our community inside and outside the walls of our health centers.
Prevea supports initiatives that advance community programs or addresses issues of importance to health care. We do this many ways, including supporting local organizations through sponsorships.
We evaluate sponsorship requests with careful consideration, looking for alignment with our mission, values and strategic objectives.
All of the following are considered when evaluating requests:
- Organization must be a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization
- Program must align with Prevea Health’s mission, values and strategic objectives
- Program identifies how it improves the health and wellness of the community
- Organization and program must occur in one of the following counties: Brown, Door, Oconto, Marinette, Shawano, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Sheboygan or Outagamie
- Timing of the last contribution to the beneficiary; only one sponsorship per calendar year will be granted
- The level of impact on those living in our service area (ex. number of attendees)
- Recognition Prevea Health receives for participating
- The cost of the sponsorship
If you believe your event, program or initiative meets this criteria, submit your request now.
Please keep in mind:
- Submit your request at least three months prior to your event.
- Due to the number of requests we receive, not all requests can be supported.
- You will only be notified if your sponsorship is approved.
- Sponsorship requests will not be approved for:
- Service clubs
- Scouting groups
- Religious organizations
- Individuals/benefits
- Political parties or lobbying organizations
- Endowments or memorials
- Capital campaigns
- Youth sports/club sports/school sports
